"It is the most welcoming country in Latin America," says Bourdain.

Time to learn about Friche:
One thing about Wayuu cuisine: it'll really get your goat. In fact, it uses up herds of them at a time. In this traditional breakfast dish - generally served right next to the slaughter yard for maximum freshness - goat offal like heart, intestines and tripe is cooked in salted water, then fried with onions, seasoned with lemon and chiles and served with arepas for a sturdy start to the day. Some preparations also include salted goat blood.
From DP Todd Liebler: "Rio Hacha - Slaughterhouses take some getting used to but it's part of the job. Make sure you wear yesterday's clothes!"
From DP Zach Zamboni: "Something I love about shooting in small towns is the can-do, jack-of-all-trades team spirit you get when trying to get shit done. We needed to rig a mess of GoPro cameras all over 2 ATVs. One local brought steel rebar, another a metal grinder, another got pipe clamps from the plumber. Add power tools and beers and we had the place looking like an after hours NASCAR pit. Fortunately we got a few shots recorded before Bourdain wrecked the thing! Go team!"
From DP Todd Liebler: "We lost only 1 camera this day (can you tell which one?-there then it's not!)
BUT we lost no crew and no hosts though it was damn close on both counts!"

Got fish? Colombia is a country with coastlines that kiss both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, as well as other bounteous bodies of water. This particular dish is a love letter to seafood, featuring shrimp, clams, lobster and conch in a potato-thickened broth. It's served with lemon, coconut rice, plantain, hot sauce and a long, face-down nap on the beach afterward
From DP Todd Liebler: "Sunset. I think we all felt like Tony at that moment. Eagerly awaiting our wrap beers before the 2 hour van trip back to the hotel."
A lot was due to the fall on the ATV...
