I'm so glad that he choose Detroit...It's an honor regardless of ruin.

Flint style coneys are better that Detroit style coneys. I know of the depression of Detroit. But if Anthony wants to visit an abandoned city of decay, but also awesome pizza, mexican food, Halo Burger, and not to forget Big Johns steak and subs, He should travel 60 miles north to the real motor city. Flint Michigan.

You have to see it in person to get a real sense of economic impact...

Quote....."Not only does it take a village to raise an individual; it takes an entire world to support one city. One city’s suffering, or one community’s suffering, the entire world should pitch in and help elevate it instead of sit there and stare at it."-Al Hill Really? It the city of Detroit that should be cleaning itself up. Economically strapped yes it is but if we don't take care of own homes do you think we should have our neighbors do it?

Visit the city this holiday season. Tree lighting ceremony this month at Campus Martius, ice skating, great shopping, wonderful restaurants, something for everyone. Support the investors and hard working people who make it all possible.

I'm happy that he stopped to get some soul food, which is oftentimes overlooked. That mac and cheese and greens looked so good. I will be traveling to Detroit for the first time to visit my aunt next year and am really looking foward to it.
